These Terms and Conditions (the Terms) are a legal agreement between you and us and governs your use of our Site and Services. You agree to these Terms by clicking the button indicating your acceptance while registering for a personal account with us (an Account) or when notified of updates to these Terms.

Privacy policy: Our Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our services, you agree to the terms.

To raise a dispute: We hope you enjoy using our Services, but if there’s a disagreement between us, please let us know through our Help page. We shall try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

a) Curated Listings: We reserve our right to accept or reject listings as buyer/seller as ours is a curated platform. To improve your chances of selling, we may suggest changes to your listing so as to make it more defined.

b) Account Registration: To use our platform, you must register for an account. Each user can only have one account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details. All activity conducted through your account would be your sole responsibility.

Verification and Security Actions: During registration or while using our Services, we may ask you to verify your account information, provide additional details, or provide social media links to prevent spam. Failure to provide info may result in account blocking.

Account Restrictions: Users can have only one account. If we block your account for rule violations, creating a new account would not be allowed.

How we use your personal data: While we implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee complete protection against cyber attacks. Please consider the personal data provided as being at your own risk.

How we can use your Content: You grant COS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, display, and adapt your Content for operational and advertising purposes across all media (TV, Print, Internet, Social Networks).

You must: Comply with Terms, provide accurate info, keep credentials confidential, and be responsible for the accuracy of your photos and data.

You must not: Engage in illegal activity, use bots/scraping tools, disrupt Site operations, delete and re-list items repeatedly to manipulate rankings, or advertise other websites on the Site.

If you violate Terms, we may send warnings, remove items, demote content, or block your account. If blocked, you cannot use the site except for Support, items will be removed, and pending transactions may be cancelled.

The Wallet is an electronic wallet used to receive funds from sales, buy items, or transfer to bank accounts (Payouts). Sellers are required to create a Wallet within 5 calendar days of their first sale or the transaction will be cancelled.

Payments can be made via Wallet funds, UPI, credit/debit cards. Money paid for an item is held in a separate Escrow account until the Transaction is completed.

Private messages must not be used for advertising or sharing personal data. Mandatory Reviews: Buyers must submit a review within 3 days of receipt. If not submitted, the system assigns a default 5-star review. Once submitted, reviews cannot be edited.

You can delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to terminate with 15 days' notice. Terms remain in effect until pending transactions are cleared.

Listings must include at least two original photos and a truthful description. Once approved by admin, it appears in the Catalogue. Commission: We charge a flat commission rate of 25% on all products.

Luxury items: High-value items undergo verification. Sellers must ship items within 5 calendar days of sale.

Buyers pay the Item price, Shipping fee, and Buyer Protection fee. We are not responsible for transactions occurring offline or outside the platform.

Provides refunds if an item is lost/damaged in shipping, significantly not as described, or counterfeit. You must report issues within 3 calendar days via the “I have an issue” button.

Returns: Accepted only for misrepresentation or authentication failure. No returns for sizing issues or change of mind.

Authentication for luxury items is provided via Legit Grails. Buyers pay the fee upfront. If verification fails, the buyer gets a full refund. Sellers who submit counterfeits face penalty fees and account suspension.

Sellers must ship within 5 days. For Prepaid Shipping, buyers are refunded if items are lost/damaged. For Non-Prepaid, the seller assumes responsibility.

Funds are released to the Seller after buyer confirmation or 3 days post-delivery. Withdrawals to bank accounts take 3–4 working days.

We mediate disputes. Our final decision is binding.

• Listing counterfeit/stolen goods.
• Fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
• Violating intellectual property rights.
