Our Authentication Process
Authentication at Checkout
Items priced at ₹20,000 and above are authenticated automatically, free of charge. For items from ₹5,000 to ₹19,999, buyers can add authentication for a flat fee of ₹1,999 before completing the purchase.
Listing-Level Verification
Every listing is checked when it is uploaded. Automated checks and manual review flag inconsistencies before the listing goes live.
Item Pickup & Secure Transfer
Once an order is placed, the item is picked up from the seller and sent securely to our authentication partner.
Expert Authentication
Experts from our authentication partners, Authenticate First and LegitGrails, carry out a detailed inspection of the item.
QR Code & Digital Certificate
If the item passes, it receives a unique QR code and a digital authenticity certificate linked to it.
Secure Delivery to Buyer
The verified item is shipped to the buyer. Because of this extra step, authenticated orders take a few days longer to arrive.
Failed Authentication & Refund
If the item fails authentication, the buyer receives a full refund, including any authentication fee. If it failed on condition or description, the seller can retrieve it by paying ₹2,000 plus return shipping within 15 days. Counterfeit items are not returned to the seller.
